HUMNLABS Experiment (humnlabs.io/experiment/) is an experimental research demonstration exploring privacy-preserving behavioral signals and confidence in human presence.

The experiment is intended strictly for research, technical testing, and evaluation purposes. It is not a formal certification, identity verification service, credentialing system, or definitive proof of humanity.

All scores, percentages, metrics, and classification indicators generated by the experiment represent probabilistic confidence estimates only.

• No Proof of Identity: Scores do not prove identity, humanity, legal legitimacy, or security posture.
• No Detection Guarantee: No guarantee or representation is made that automated bots, AI agents, or scripts will always be detected, or that legitimate human users will always be classified correctly.

By accessing or interacting with the HUMNLABS website and experiment, you agree to act in good faith and refrain from improper conduct. You explicitly agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, impair, or interfere with the proper operation of the experiment or host infrastructure.
• Attempt to bypass, manipulate, tamper with, probe, or attack the scoring algorithms or security boundaries.
• Deploy automated scripts, bots, scrapers, strain testing, or denial-of-service tools designed to disrupt or exploit the service.

All content, software code, algorithms, visual design, research documents, graphics, logos, and trademarks associated with HUMNLABS are the exclusive property of HUMNLABS unless otherwise stated.

Decompiling, reverse engineering, extracting, or attempting to derive underlying source code or algorithms for malicious, commercial, or unauthorized competitive purposes is strictly prohibited.

As an experimental research initiative, the website and experiment may be modified, updated, feature-restricted, temporarily interrupted, or permanently discontinued at any time without prior notice or liability.

HUMNLABS assumes no obligation to maintain continuous uptime, feature parity, or backward compatibility.

The experiment and website are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. HUMNLABS explicitly disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Prohibited High-Stakes Reliance: The experiment must NOT be relied upon for legal, financial, employment, healthcare, security, access control, or any other high-stakes decision-making. In no event shall HUMNLABS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or connected with your use of the experiment.

Your access to and use of the experiment is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how technical data and volatile in-memory signals are handled.

These Terms of Use must be read, understood, and accepted together with the HUMNLABS Privacy Policy.

HUMNLABS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use periodically to reflect research developments, technological changes, or operational updates. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates when the latest revision took effect.

Continued access to or use of the website or experiment following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
